Clients can submit complaints through our platform. Providers must be members of our scheme to enable client access.(Although we do have a Direct access option which provides informal help to clients and patients directly, before they submit their complaints ) Our expert team reviews each complaint meticulously.
Acting as neutral mediators, we facilitate constructive conversations between parties. Our adjudication process ensures fair resolutions when needed.
In complex cases requiring medical or legal expertise, our expert panel is available to our members and their clients. Involvement in Tier 2 escalation incurs additional costs for providers, (to ensure that the experts are remunerated) but participation in the escalation process remains voluntary between parties
We offer workshops for both providers and clients to enhance understanding and communication about procedures and expectations.

You will have already exhausted your in-house complaints procedure (as a provider) or you will be a patient or client of a beauty service that remains dissatisfied with your providers final response to your complaint

Mediation and Adjudication
This service is available as an alternative to litigation, for those who require a more bespoke 3rd party intervention Our experts act as middlemen/women ; facillitating constructive ways to help parties to find mutually acceptable solutions

Expert Panel
In complex cases requiring medical or legal expertise, CAPCAS offers an expert panel to provide unbiased and informed opinions.Our experts are reviewed regularly and will be made up of a panel of Healthcare and legal professionals who are actively practising in a clinical or professional legal role or in the same field of Healthcare or beauty that the subject provider trades in

Communication Workshops
Our members and subscribers will be able to access our regular courses and workshops (which often attract CPD points), where you can access resources and tools to help you with your business processes.We offer regular discounted/early access to certain AI applications which can improve your in house processes as well as tools that will aid you in topics such as Informed Consent .
