Karen has extensive experience in Dispute resolution in both Financial Services and the Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetics industry

Karen began her career handling financial complaints, working with the Financial Ombudsman. This gave her deep insights into dispute resolution processes and the importance of clear communication and documentation.

She then transitioned into the financial services industry as an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA). This experience allowed her to understand the challenges of managing client expectations while adhering to regulations and disclosing risks.

Karen learned the importance of balancing the “sizzle” of potential rewards with the reality of potential risks when selling financial products. She also experienced firsthand the importance of clear communication and managing client expectations to prevent future disputes.
